about cade

Cade Parian is a civil trial lawyer focused exclusively on representing clients who suffered serious injuries or death due to the carelessness or neglect of others. He has extensive trial experience having tried jury trials with significant success all over the nation.

Cade has been named a Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine, a Rising Star by the Fulton County Daily Report, and one of the Top 100 civil lawyers in Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers. He serves on the Board of Governors and is a member of both the Leaders Forum and President’s Club of the American Association for Justice. Parian also is the Chairman of the national Republican Trial Lawyers Caucus requiring his frequent counsel on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. He is on the executive committees of both the National Trial Lawyers and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

His tireless energy and down-to-earth personality make Cade a sought after speaker nationally. He is routinely called upon to speak to various organizations both legal related and non-legal related. He serves as host and auctioneer (ahem…amateur) for the annual fundraisers of the Carroll County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), the West Georgia Autism Foundation, and the West Georgia Technical College Foundation.

Cade has been appointed by the Chancellor of the University System of Georgia to back-to-back presidential search committees for the University of West Georgia. He is also a Past President and current member of the University of West Georgia Athletics Foundation. Cade is currently on the Board of Directors of Partners Advancing Student Success, a nonprofit organization focused on improving middle and high school student success.

An outdoors addict, Cade enjoys snow skiing, fly fishing, and mountain biking. His wife and two children are often with him traveling all over America to national parks or just to try a restaurant he saw on the Food Network. Cade also enjoys being the worst golfer on any golf course at any time.
